About me

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with a background in Clinical Psychology, Transpersonal Psychotherapy, and Analytical Somatic-Body Psychotherapy.

Psychotherapy is my passion, and I work with humility, integrity, and compassion, placing my clients at the center of everything I do. 

My areas of expertise include working with trauma, childhood adveristies- complex trauma, loss of any kind, grief and bereavement, illness, relationships, and family issues.  I am highly specialised in those areas.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I tailor specific treatments and interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. I have extensive training and experience, allowing me to use a holistic approach to accommodate your individual needs.

Additionally, I am qualified to provide therapy using EMDR, Brainspotting, and other interventions to assist with recovery from trauma and PTSD. When appropriate, I incorporate CBT techniques, mindfulness, and body psychotherapy into my practice.

 I am also experienced clinical supervisor, group facilitator, and trainer.

I offer sessions in both English and Polish

 

My approach to meet your needs

I am driven by curiosity, compassion, and a desire to understand not only the symptoms and behaviors presented but also the underlying causes behind them.  Through my training in Body Somato Analytical Psychotherapy and Transpersonal Psychotherapy, I have come to appreciate the importance of our relationship with our bodies and the need for self-attunement. I firmly believe in the connection between the body, mind, spirit, and I aim to facilitate those insightful and meaningful connections.

I offer:

Counseling: it typically focuses on short-term interventions that address specific issues or life events, such as bereavement. It helps individuals cope with and overcome current difficulties.

Psychotherapy: this is a more in-depth process that supports long-term changes, fostering personal growth and helping individuals rediscover their true selves. Psychotherapy can improve overall well-being and happiness over time. It facilitates healing and recovery from relational traumas and the impacts of past life events, which may have created obstacles to achieving our best in life.
