About me

I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist with a background in Clinical Psychology, Transpersonal Psychotherapy and Analytical Somatic-Body Psychotherapy.

Psychotherapy is my passion and I work with humility, integrity and compassion, where my clients are at the centre of everything I do.

I have a particular passion to support those who are disadvantaged by being impacted by difficult experiences such as childhood trauma and abuse.

My area of my expertise is working with trauma: including complex trauma, loss of any kind, grief and bereavement, illness, relationships, and family issues.

Integrative psychotherapy means that I can offer specific treatments or interventions in the context of what is needed and most appropriate. I have an extensive training and experience to accommodate your unique individual needs using a holistic approach.

I am also qualified to provide therapy using EMDR, Brainspotting, and other interventions to help recovery from trauma and PTSD. When appropriate I use CBT techniques, mindfulness, and body psychotherapy.

I am person centred and I work in attunement with client's needs to faciliate the process of  healing in the therapy context.

Additional skills

I'm an experienced:

-clinical supervisor

-group facilitator, and trainer.

I offer sessions in English and Polish.

Please contact me if you have any questions, as I'm always happy to guide and advise when appropriate.

My approach to meet your needs

I'm driven by curiosity, compassion and the desire to understand not just the symptoms and behaviours represented, but also what have caused them in the first place.

Through my training in Body Somato Analytical Psychotherapy and Transpersonal Psychotherapy, I've grown to understand about the importance of a relationship with our body and attuning to ourselves. I strongly believe in the connection between body/mind/spirit and soul.

Defining what I offer

The difference between Counselling and Psychotherapy

Counselling: Usually limited to short term interventions around a particular issue or a life event such as bereavement; This helps you to cope and overcome current difficulties.

Psychotherapy: A more in-depth process that supports long term changes which helps personal growth to re-establish our true self; This may also improve wellbeing and happiness in the long term. It facilitates the process of healing and recovery from relational traumas and impacts of past life events, which became obstacles in achieving what is the best for us in this world.

Depending on your own individual needs, I can offer either short or long-term therapy by mutual agreement.
