I offer counselling and psychotherapy:

  • Individual sessions.
  • Short- and long-term therapy.
  • Clinical supervision.

Counselling: it typically focuses on short-term interventions that address specific issues or life events, such as bereavement. It helps individuals cope with and overcome current difficulties.

Psychotherapy: this is a more in-depth process that supports long-term changes, fostering personal growth and helping individuals rediscover their true selves. Psychotherapy can improve overall well-being and happiness over time. It facilitates healing and recovery from relational traumas and the impacts of past life events, which may have created obstacles to achieving our best in life.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. I’m always happy to offer guidance and advice when appropriate. What specific techniques or approaches are utilized in counselling and psychotherapy? How can I determine whether I need counselling or psychotherapy for my situation? What therapy can assist me in my specific circumstances?

Booking Process & Fees

How to book a session with me:

Please call to arrange a 15-30-minutes free telephone or virtual consultation.

Scope of therapy: We will work on agreed goals, with regular reviews to ensure your needs are met. I operate an open-ended form of therapy unless agreed otherwise.

Sessions are either weekly or fortnightly, lasting 50 minutes.

I work with clients across the UK and around the world, using secure virtual platforms.

Fees: I operate a sliding scale of £70- £100 per session, depending on the agreed type of therapy.

Concessions may be given, when possible and subject to availability, to those who need therapy but can't afford the full fee (depending on personal circumstances).

In most cases, sessions are paid for by bank transfer on the day of the session, as per the contract between you and the therapist.

Please note:

Non-attended sessions without a valid 48-hour notice will be charged.
